Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

SANTA'S GROTTO – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Vouchers must be booked with Riverside Lodge Hotel as soon as possible following purchase to secure your preferred date and time.

2. All dates and time slots are subject to availability and are expected to fill quickly. Early booking is strongly recommended.

3. All vouchers must be redeemed and a date secured no later than 23rd November 2026. Any vouchers not booked by this date will be deemed void and forfeited.

4. Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative services.

5. Once a date and time have been confirmed, bookings cannot be amended or transferred to another date, subject to management discretion.

6. Vouchers must be presented on arrival. Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

7. The voucher is valid for one child only, unless otherwise stated.

8. The £11.95 voucher covers the Santa's Grotto experience, including a one-to-one visit with Santa and a festive treat.

9. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult throughout their visit. Accompanying adults do not require a child voucher unless otherwise specified.

10. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your allocated booking time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened visit or loss of the allocated time slot.

11. Failure to attend a confirmed booking without prior notice will result in the voucher being forfeited.

12. Riverside Lodge Hotel reserves the right to amend event arrangements where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that the hotel cancels the event, affected customers will be contacted and offered an appropriate alternative or refund.

13. Riverside Lodge Hotel reserves the right to refuse admission where necessary to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests.

14. All bookings are subject to availability and these terms and conditions.

     15. One FREE kids meal voucher with one paying adult dinning from the A la Carte Main Menu or Festive Menu. Voucher only valid for date of grotto visit.
